Supports projects, programs, and processes for the Accounting area. Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Accounting strategy. Implements accounting practices and documentation procedures in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable governance policies. Conducts routine preparation of reports and data for internal and external audits, as well as ad hoc requests. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
