Qualifications - Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Training / Workforce as Team Lead or Manager - Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team - Preferably with experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Account - Diploma or equivalent Language requirement defers on the hiring account - but preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
