Job Description Educates patients, their families and health care professionals in the use of the organization's products and services. Organizes and conducts classes and individual meetings to demonstrate how the organization's products and services contribute to the maintenance and improvement of health and/or the management of specific diseases and physical conditions. Prepares and distributes educational and instructional material (e.g., booklets, promotional kits). May expand patient pool through participation in referral and screening programs. Provides information and suggestions to sales and/or medical representatives and management on the results of educational programs, including comments and questions from patients and health care professionals. - Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills - Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers - Solves a range of straightforward problems - Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures - Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Undergraduate/BA/BS degree in applicable discipline and 3-5 Yrs of related experience. Qualifications An active Kansas RN License is required for this position. Candidate must have longevity at previous employer, as well as no gaps in employment. Top 3 requirements: • At least 2 years experience in a clinical setting. • Some experience speaking with providers and/or patients over the phone • Bachelor/Associate Degree in Nursing Top 3 preferred requirements: • Experience working in a call center environment • Previous experience working in the Respiratory Field • Previous Infusion Center Experience Additional Information Thanks!!
