Job Description Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day Take payments Update demographics Provide claim status Explain copays/deductibles Meet productivity & KPI metrics Qualifications Excellent written communication Phone etiquette Problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Excel Self-Managed Keen attention to detail Healthcare experience Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs. Additional Information Job Type: Full-time – Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm #LI- Remote Experience: Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required) Ability to interpret/explain an EOB Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
