Company Description Digital& SAL is an Approved Service Provider for major Telecom Operators and Vendors in the Middle East, providing best in class turnkey Telecom Services via our headquarter in Lebanon and branches covering Iraq. Job Description Digital& SAL is looking to recruit a “Projects Coordinator” for its operations in Lebanon. Main Tasks: Attend meetings with the clients and maintain a professional interface at all times. Participate in the preparation of competitive bids for potential telecom projects, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Develop operational progress reports as requested by the Operations Manager. Optimize field staff productivity while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with project requirements. Oversee the procurement, initiation, and follow-up of material deliveries to project sites, ensuring timely execution. Supervise civil works and other telecom-related projects, ensuring adherence to the set standards and best practices. Maintain and update floor plans and project documentations for accuracy and compliance. Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, compliance, and quality of work. Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and regulations. Qualifications Suitable candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience in related position, be holder of a relevant academic degree, have good command of English and MS office suite.
