Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to support our digital campaign efforts and drive engagement across our social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, building community, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences with impact. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Support the execution of digital campaigns and outreach initiatives Monitor social media trends and recommend ideas for fresh, relevant content Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and prepare performance reports Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community Help coordinate cross-posting with partners and amplify campaign reach Maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment with campaign timelines Assist in creating basic visuals or liaise with the design team for graphics when needed What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience managing real-time campaigns and social media communities Exposure to impact-driven initiatives and a chance to shape conversations in your sector Mentorship and feedback from an experienced communications team A letter of recommendation and opportunity for future roles, depending on performance Qualifications Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Excellent written communication skills (English and/or Arabic depending on your audience) Creative mindset and ability to come up with engaging content ideas Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) is a plus Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) is a plus Additional Information Interested candidates should submit their CV and/or a short cover letter here or send an email to [hr@nvgroup.ltd] with the subject line: SM & Communications Internship – [Your Name]
