Job Description We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead the team at KG Sports Bar. KG Sports Bar is focused on delivering big game day experiences – every day. You will be delivering a high standard of service across the venue. Your background in a similar role will allow you adjust quickly & enjoy every shift to create a venue that thrives. What is the role all about - Leading a positive, guest focused team Driving sales and increasing revenue opportunities Managing the day to day operation of the bar and the team Management of the roster, costings and forecasting Training and development of your team Providing professional service The bar will operate 7 days from 11am to late Qualifications Demonstrated success in a similar role Understanding of beer, wine, spirits & food Previous use of Shiji, QR code ordering systems Reliable & easy going A real people person A genuine passion and motivation for the hospitality industry.
