Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated House Cook to join a private residence in the beautiful town of Sidi Harazem, Morocco. As the House Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, nutritious meals for the household while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Plan and prepare daily meals for the household, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions Develop weekly menu plans and manage grocery shopping Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Collaborate with household staff to coordinate meal times and special events Manage kitchen inventory and budget Adapt recipes to incorporate local, seasonal ingredients Prepare traditional Moroccan dishes as well as international cuisine Qualifications Proven experience as a house cook or in a similar culinary role Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Proficiency in menu planning and nutritional balance Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Culinary degree or certification preferred Current food safety certification required Knowledge of Moroccan cuisine is a plus Familiarity with local ingredients and food markets in Sidi Harazem, Morocco Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food preparation Ability to adapt to household preferences and dietary needs Professional demeanor and good communication skills Additional Information We need only Female Moroccan cook
