About the job: Define and execute the Asia Cash Management Strategic Plan. Build and lead the local CM team. Define the target coverage model and client segmentation. Establish commercial targets and KPIs. Coordinate closely with CIB Bankers and embed CM into their commercial routines. Represent Asia within the Global Cash Management organization. Coordinate Product, Implementation, Client Service, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Finance. Drive the development of the local product proposition. Identify strategic partnerships where appropriate. Monitor revenues, balances & deposits, transaction volumes, profitability and budget execution.
