Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Cocoa, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service at our 4600 W King St Cocoa, FL 32926. Manage and supervise store operations during assigned shifts Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling, inventory control, and financial reporting Excellent multitasking and time management skills Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and solve problems efficiently Superior customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Proficiency in following and enforcing company policies and procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
