Company Description Healthcare Job Description Rn - Med Surg - Full Time Nights Dallas, TX Healthcare Exp 1-2 yrs Deg Bach Relo Bonus Job Description The Med/Surg Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the following: Assessing patients status, analyze and interpret information for intervention Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care Confer with Nursing Supervisors/Directors as it relates to patient care outcomes Interact on a continuous basis with other department by directing activities towards positive outcomes Establish delivery system and utilize nursing process Follow policies, procedures, and standards for the hospital Qualifications: Qualifications: Current RN License Associates Degree or equivalent required 1 year nursing experience BLS required ACLS preferred Minimum 1-3 years experience PD experience preferred Ability to apply sound judgment with clinical skills to ensure optimal patient care Accepts and supports changes in work assignments as related to department and patient needs. Participates in all departmental and hospital wide educations offerings, mandatory for position along with an ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth and development.
