We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Locum Dentists open to working across Auckland. Job Description Looking for flexible locum work within well‑run, high‑demand practices? Locum opportunities across Auckland provide the flexibility to take on short‑ or longer‑term placements while working within established clinics supported by experienced teams. Whether you are Auckland‑based, returning from overseas, or exploring locum work for the first time, we would love to hear from you. What locum work offers: Full flexibility with short‑term and extended placements Established patient books with consistent demand Supportive practice teams and efficient systems Clinical autonomy within a professional, well‑supported environment Exposure to a variety of clinics and patient demographics Locum‑to‑permanent opportunities available if desired You will be responsible for managing patients across general and emergency dentistry, working independently while supported by experienced clinical teams. Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Qualified Dentist Registered or eligible for registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC), or able to obtain one Strong foundation in general dentistry Confident, adaptable, and patient‑focused Additional Information As Australasia’s largest dental support organisation, Abano Healthcare is the team behind your practice success.
