We are now looking for a dispenser engineer to join our team. https://hkg.sika.com/ Job Description Management Trainee Programme The Management Trainee Programme offers a rewarding 18-month development journey designed to nurture high-potential talents into future leaders of our organization. Through rotations across core departments, participation in cross-functional projects and assignments, and a wide range of functional and leadership development opportunities, trainees will gain valuable exposure to the construction chemicals industry and business operations. This structured and enriching programme is designed to broaden perspectives, strengthen critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, and develop leadership competencies. Along the way, trainees will build meaningful professional relationships and gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to establish a successful and fulfilling career in the construction and building industry. Qualifications Who We're Looking For We are seeking passionate, driven, and aspiring talents who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. Ideal candidates should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, internships, or work experience. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
