Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication. Qualifications Customer Service, sales and retention skills Proficiency in English B2 -C1 Grads and Dropouts only Flexibility with night and overnight shifts Flexibility with Rotational shifts Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Sales or Retention experience Additional Information Benefits Competitive Salary + Achievable KPIS/Allowances/Incentives 1.1k night and overnight allowance Transportation is provided both ways (Door to Door for ladies) Social and medical insurance is provided First 3 months are Fully Granted Healthiest work environment (Great place to work certified) Commission scheme
